Snowbird Caretaker Services is a family owned business, operated by Larry Emery and his wife Diane.
Tim Falk started the company in 2006 when he recognized the need for a home watch service on the Treasure Coast. Since that time, the company has flourished, and is now a thriving community business. Upon his retirement, he has entrusted Snowbird to Larry and Diane.
As the sole inspector of clients homes (your keys are safe!), Larry has learned to recognize potential problems before they arise through years of personally maintaining his own home. Although they do not perform any of repairs personally, their maintenance and remodeling experience, along with years of professional observation, have made him acutely aware of how to spot small problems before they get out of hand to become catastrophic disasters.
